France 3011
The French stamp, issued in 2004, to encourage people to wear their
seat belts, shows a seat belt across a human figure colored like a
map. Pierre Moïse's article in the New CartoPhilatelist (Whole No. 12;
January 2006) raised the question: "Can a map stamp without a map
exist?" The map is not really a map, but a map-like pattern. I am not
sure how it should be catagorized, so I am placing it with the Design
Errors for the time being.
