The Armorial of the Order of the Golden Fleece was illustrated with full-length portraits of the five Grand Masters of the Order: Philip the Good, Charles the Bold, Maximilian I of Austria, Philip the Beautiful, and Charles V by Simon Bening (1483-1561).
