     In 1961 Brazil issued two stamps with a similar design to commemorate the centenary of the issuance of the stamps (Scott 39, 40) known as "the eye of the goat" because the image on them reminds one of a goat's eye. On the high value there is a map of the Netherlands, not one from 1861, but a much more recent map in which some of the islands have been connected.
