In the lower section (left to right): Philippines (orange), Malaysia (yellow), Indonesia (red), and Brunei (green). The brown line encloses the area claimed by the Republic of China. The pictures show the monuments built on the islands of Pratas (left) and Itu Aba (right) by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of China. The sheet was issued in 1996.
