     Between 1601 and 1603 the pharmacists of the Col. Legi dels Apothecaris de la Ciutat y Regne de Valencia wrote a Spanish pharmacopoeia. A year later the work received Royal authority from King Filipe III and distributed through the territories belonging to Aragon. The stamp, issued in 2005, commemorates the 400th anniversary of its production.
