in 1980, shows all eleven parishes of Barbados. The stamp was issued
as part of a set of four stamps celebrating the 75th anniversary of
Rotary International.
Cuba issued an
airmail stamp in 1940 to commemorate the centenary of the first Cuban
postage stamp. It featured an outline map of Cuba and the Isle of
Youth, a portrait of Sir Roland Hill, and three stamps: the first
British stamp, issued in 1840-upper left; the first Cuban stamp,
issued under Spanish rule in 1855-lower left, and a 2 Centavo stamp,
issued under U.S. military rule in 1898-lower right.
