Cape Verde Islands 427C

     In 1978 five stamps were issued with a map of the Cape Verde Islands, and various hand-woven articles from the Islands. At the top of the stamp are the Windward Islands, and the Leeward Islands are at the bottom of the stamp. The article shown on the stamp is a woven bag.
