Mark Anderson    

      Mark Anderson of Sioux Falls won the competition for the 2006 migratory bird stamp with his acrylic painting of two male Hooded Mergansers. The engraving was begun by the world renowned Czeslaw Slania, and completed after his death on March 17, 2005 by his protege and associate Piotr Naszarkowski.
