Reunion 91-98, 116-121

     On these stamps the pointer on the left side of the stamp should be pointing to the island of Reunion on the globe which is indicated by a small dot east of Magascar in the Indian Ocean, but in fact it points to inland Africa at the north end of Madagascar.
