The image of the United Nations emblem, a polar projection map, is very distorted. The stamp was first issued in 1957 for United Nations Day, and then the same design was used in 1958 (Scott 331) and 1949 (Scott 332). This error was called to my attention by Mr. Kridtanabowon Chanthawet.
